Our client is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner on a contract basis to join their dynamic team based near Cirencester). This initial 12-month contract offers a strong potential for conversion to a permanent position, contingent on business fit and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing HR operations for an organisation of approximately 80 employees
  • Collaborating with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Providing expert guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Handling employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Driving HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Managing recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Supporting organisational changes and restructuring efforts

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in HR, preferably within an engineering organisation
  • Strong generalist HR knowledge and skills
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification
  • Ability to work predominantly on-site near Cirencester
  • Proven track record in managing HR operations and strategic initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with senior management and employees at all levels
