Our client is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner on a contract basis to join their dynamic team based near Cirencester). This initial 12-month contract offers a strong potential for conversion to a permanent position, contingent on business fit and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing HR operations for an organisation of approximately 80 employees
- Collaborating with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Providing expert guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Handling employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Driving HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
- Managing recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Supporting organisational changes and restructuring efforts
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in HR, preferably within an engineering organisation
- Strong generalist HR knowledge and skills
- CIPD Level 7 qualification
- Ability to work predominantly on-site near Cirencester
- Proven track record in managing HR operations and strategic initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with senior management and employees at all levels
