what to expect
* supporting Spark44 staff (on-site and remote)
* supporting the local Audio Visuals
* supporting the local network (1st line)
* supporting integration activity by working closely with the Spark44 IT director on specific tasks
* supporting the enablement of contractors via the Agile ID process
