Job description

The Electronics Design Engineer will be joining a thriving business, who have has entered the next phase of its exciting evolution. The growing workload within business has created exciting opportunities within the Electronic Engineering function for Digital Electronic Engineers to design, develop, prove and integrate electronic circuit cards for equipment and subsystems.

This role provides an opportunity to design and development complex and technologically advanced projects and products while also providing a wide scope of tasks and a unique opportunity to broaden your interpersonal, technical and leadership skills.

Experience needed:

  • Ideally qualified to degree-level or equivalent experience in a Physics or Engineering based subject, such as; Electronics, Hardware, Computer Science, Software or Systems Engineering etc.
  • Technical experience in Electronic Design, development and delivery.
  • Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team with the awareness and understanding of the challenges that this may bring.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of electronic technologies and products.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the Defence / Aerospace or safety regulated environment would be advantageous.
  • Experience in core Electronics skillsets are desirable such as: Analogue , Digital, FPGA, PCB, EMC, RF, Radar, Antenna, Circuit Design.
