Administrators x3 required
Office based in Aylesford, Kent, ME20
£9.50 per hour on a PAYE basis
Start 05/07/21 or as soon as possible afterwards
We require 3 Administrators to cover the responsibilities below. The roles will be offered on an initial 3 month contracted basis, with further extension or the potential option to go permanent staff on a £21,000 salary. Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
Role 1: Streetworks Administrator. You will be raising permits and notices with relevant third parties. You will also analyse streetworks related charges and audit information. You will attribute and charges and allocate them to the operational team. You will highlight and issues and patterns.
Role 2: Validation Administrator. You will be validating job packs sprovided by the client. You will will follow a process to either perform a desktop survey and pack validation or arrange a physical pre-inspection and pack validation. The main objective of this role is to ensure that the job details sent by the client are accurate, and to take all reasonable and necessary steps to certify the fluidity of the job. This is a crucial role within the business as it ensures that our Operational colleagues can attend sites with a high degree of confidence that all preliminary checks have been made to safeguard the delivery of the job.
Role 3: Planning Administrator. You will be ensuring that all job packs approved by the Validation team are assigned a realistic delivery date within the contract. The main objective of this role is to maximise the efficiency of the Operational teams by ensuring that they have a full work pack of fluid jobs. The Planning Administrator will work closely with both Direct Labour Operatives and Sub Contractors to guarantee the delivery of all jobs.
For all 3 roles, you must demonstrate:
- Strong IT skills, particularly Spreadsheets
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good ability to work unsupervised
- Good verbal and written English
