My client are actively seeking an experienced Airworthiness Engineer on a permanent basis.


CAMO experience, good knowledge of EASA regulations (Part 145, Part M & Part 21), Rotary experience desirable

The Job

Reporting to the Head of Technical - This role is responsible for providing Part M Airworthiness Support Function within the rotary wing Technical Department, ensuring the Airworthiness of the rotary wing fleet achieving a high standard of performance and technical despatch reliability whilst maintaining continuing airworthiness (i.e. approved and up to date maintenance data incl. Aircraft Maintenance Programme).

  • Excellent knowledge of Rotary Wing CAMO principles and practices - Minimum of 2 years' proven experience - Required
  • Relevant Engineering Degree or an EASA / UK CAA Part 66 B1 or B2 Licence - Advantageous
  • Theoretical and practical application level knowledge of EASA / UK CAA / UK MAA Regulations (Part M, Part 145, Part 21) - Required
  • Practical application level knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 as applicable in the AMO environment - Advantageous
  • Practical application level knowledge of Safety Management System principles and requirements - Required
  • Demonstrable use and knowledge of Technical Records, Planning and Maintenance related Software Applications - Required
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance Programmes - Required
  • 5 GCSE (O Levels) Grade C or above, or BTEC equivalent or aviation apprenticeship - Required
  • Formal Level 1 (general familiarization) maintenance training course on any of the following type AS350, AS365, AW139, B212/412 - Advantageous
  • Able to hold an SC-Level security clearance - Advantageous
