Project Manager - Public Realm
Public Realm Project Manager needed for Central London.
Working in Central London on behalf of this Local Authority you will be managing schemes within the Public Realm with responsibility for the execution and successful delivery of projects valued up to £2m per project.
In the post-pandemic world this Local Authority are looking to attract people back to the centre and as such this role will be looking at highway and traffic schemes to enhance the member experience when returning to this busy area. This role will look at establish client requirements, preparing feasibility studies and develop design / tender documentation for a number of temporary adjustments whilst ensuring the projects' compliance with statutory requirements in relation to CDM, financial and procurement regulations.
The Council is also providing pop-up events to showcase what schemes are being considered and implemented so experience of community engagement is highly desired.
This is an immediate start for the right candidate and flexible working options are available.
To be considered for this role previous experience in managing projects in the Public Realm space is essential.
This is a full-time role with a rate on offer of up to £40 per hour (Umbrella company).
