Overview of Responsibilities / Skills

The Programme is seeking talented, passionate, and innovative individuals that thrive within an Agile eco-system to deliver world class solutions that make the world a safer place. The programme is built on SOA and web services. The Sprint team works from a Scrum prioritised backlog, with daily stand-ups. The programme resides within the Information Exploitation section of the C&I (Cyber & Intelligence) business unit. The application provides users with a single source-of-truth in collation and management of targeting data.

Experience needed:

• Ideally qualified to degree-level or equivalent experience in a Physics or Engineering based subject, such as Electronics, Hardware, Computer Science, Software or Systems Engineering etc.
• Experience in Software Development
• Experience in JAVA
• We are looking for experience in some of these key technologies with a willingness to pick up new skills along the way:

• Experience in the Defence / Aerospace or safety regulated environment would be advantageous
