Project Manager - Automotive

Your tasks as Project Manager

• Independent management of Automotive motorcycle, road vehicle and motorsport projects considering all company components and technologies for complete vehicles
• Timing, cost and qualitative responsibility for the projects and reporting to the steering committee including risk management and change management compliance
• Planning, controlling and managing the project in cooperation with internal departments (development, production, purchasing, quality, etc.)
• Main Customer Interface and leading project teams across multiple locations and divisions (also international)
• Support project management processes optimization

Your required skills as Project Manage:

• Degree in engineering is preferred; MBA is considered as well, but combined with personal attitude in understanding technical topics
• Several years of professional experience in managing complex projects as well as in the successful series introduction of automotive projects
• High resilience, motivation and willingness to make decisions as well as independent and pragmatic working style; Strong communication skills and team leadership (social skills) together with high confident appearance in an international environment
• Intercultural competence required handling customers and our own locations worldwide
• English native speaking, German is a plus; Good knowledge of IT tools: ERPs (SAP preferred), MS Office, MS Teams, MS Project
