The Opportunity:
We have Junior to Principal level Systems Engineering roles on our NATO JEWCS programme are perfect for people wanting to join a programme in the midst of design and pushing through into service. Being part of this team at the prime level will have you working on problems of today with our suppliers, partners and customers to help mature our design, support our integration activities and the important planning involved with all of these aspects. There will be many challenges; however you will be supported through them by excellent experienced engineers and technicians together with access to training and on the job opportunities.

What you will do?
- Take part in technical planning and design reviews to ensure our product designs are robust
- Help to ensure we have clear traceability of stakeholder needs to design decisions to design evidence
- Support integration and testing activities in both lab and field environments
- Contribute to design changes, acceptance of our products and deliveries of major products to our customers
- Engage in trade-off discussions and generating solutions to problems
Please note - 5 years of residency in the UK as a minimum
What we are ideally looking for:
- Science, engineering or maths based educational background to degree level
- Proven aptitude for problem solving, solution generation and planning
- Demonstrable ability to collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds
- Understand and capture needs of people, organisations and other systems
- Collect, analyse and simplify complex information to be communicated to different audiences
