Technical Administrator
Introduction
Matchtech are excited to be working alongside a major Highways contractor in Winchester, and as result we have a live requirement for an experienced Technical Administrator.
Important
The Job
Responsibilites will include:-
General administration duties including:-
- Managing back office systems to enable clear service vision
- Updating progress on works currently on the ground
- Supplying stats for works due to start
- Other administrative tasks as required
- Permit enquiries, NRSWA enquiries and associated activities
- Liaison with Hampshire County Council and other affected stakeholders for proposed works
- Support for contract HSEQ teams
Essential Skills:-
- Good understanding of managing and presenting data
- Good knowledge of computer systems and applications
- Strong IT skills - particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational skills
- General understanding of Health & Safety requirements
- Skilled in providing administrative support preferably in a technical environment
