Your role would be to maintain, protect and grow our business with existing customers via
regular visits, meetings and other contacts.
Accurate and up to date knowledge all of the key projects, plans, developments and strategies
of each customer.
Ensure our share and value of business are maximised. Propose actions to create value for
customers and the company
To establish and develop a long term relationship with the customers enabling us to maintain a
highly effective partnership with them ensuring we keep ahead of the competition.
Know and manage the key players and decision makers, building strong relationships with
each of them.
Proactively manage business and contractual relations with customers.
Understand the competitive positioning of products and services
Closely work with and support customer service team to ensure efficient and premium services
and communications to customers.
Ensure customer requirement and value are properly understood internally and look to ensure
customer loyalty.
Minimum 5 years experience in a sales or technical-sales/support function, in a major
company, preferably on electrical / electromechanical products.
Proven knowledge and contacts within EV, railways, industrial and/or defense markets would
be beneficial.
Strong IT and analytical skills.
