Job description

• Provide technical support to the planning and delivery of track renewals and enhancements in line with project requirements
• Ensure technical compliance on all work sites
• Manage engineering works to agreed targets and assist with cost
• Undertake surveys and setting out where required
• Complete stressing and tamping duties where required
• Assist in the planning and programming of works, prepare documents for site and offer technical assistance where required
• Prepare specifications and requisition for materials.

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will need:

• Current PTS Sentinel competency
• COSS competence would be preferred
• Level 3 Stressing competence
• Level 4 Hand Back/Speed Raising ticket would be preferred
• Strong experience in Plain Line and S&C
