Job description

A leading technology & engineering company with clients spanning across National Security, Defence and Industry, are looking for an experienced Software Team Lead to join their product team.

As the Team Lead you will be responsible for leading agile software teams in the development of technical solutions for National Security customers. You will have deep knowledge in a number of areas, this is an opportunity to use that experience to define novel technical approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading software engineering teams technically
• Leading on engagements with customers
• Preparing and contributing to technical proposals and bids
• Working effectively with Delivery Management to escalate risks, plan deliveries, and resourcing
• Supporting the customer account team by contributing to business development strategy
