I am looking for a HR Support Consultant to work for a infrastructure group, the role can be based in Newcastle or Warrington with hybrid working on offer.

Job description

This role will see you working on HR Systems providing support to the wider HR function. You will assist on payroll duties and contribute to the effective working of Employee Services teams to ensure seamless service line delivery

The purpose of the role is to:

  • ensure delivery of applicable HRSS scope of service against defined service measures
  • provide Payroll Administrative support for all Payroll processes where someone is joining, amending or leaving the business
  • update the HRIS and staff personnel files in a timely and effective manner

Experience and personal qualities:

  • Excellent administration experience - ideally within a Shared Service Centre
  • Excellent knowledge of HR, payroll and Working Rule Agreements processes
  • Experience using Oracle and Talent Link is desirable
  • Communicates well both verbally and in writing
  • Flexible approach to work and is a team player with a track record of successfully prioritising work and managing time effectively
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Records information accurately

Benefits:

Hybrid working is on offer with a salary of up to 30k depending on experience.
