Team Leader Mechanical & Climatic Projects

Job description

The opportunity:

The Mechanical Team Leader will own the development and performance of our mechanical and climatic projects team across a number of critical projects. You will bring your project management, people management, technical skills and ability to encourage people within the team, wider department, function and external partners to meet business delivery across multiple projects.

Technically, you will be able to uphold environmental engineering standards both within the function and across the business; provide project management to ensure delivery to time, budget and quality; focus on continuous improvement and use your knowledge of test strategy, application methods, proving plans and defence standards.

The team is collaborative and industry-leading. You will have a high degree of interaction with partners across functions, projects and you will gain the satisfaction of solving problems, leading and developing your team and delivering projects
