The Job: Technical Lead Engineer

Location: Salisbury, Hampshire

Industry: Manufacturing and Consumer Goods

Contract Type:Full Time and Permanent

In order to be considered for this role, you must have the following:

- Create and develop software test plans for the purpose of testing our products, resolving inconsistencies and issues without supervision.

- Manage the running and recording of these tests, proving compliance of software to specifications, providing updates to R&D Test Manager to visibility.

- Manage and delegate workloads with R&D Test Manager for visibility.

- Evaluate new strategies and tools to improve Software Test Process.

- Liaise with internal departments t produce coherent product releases in a timely fashion to agreed deadlines.

- Tracking support for technical support for Technical Support team with customer issues and queries,

In order to be considered for this role, you must have the following:

- Degree qualified ideally in an engineering discipline.

- ISTQB would be preferred but not essential.

- Knowledge on Python, Linux operating skills, PC literate and numerate (Microsoft/Windows/OSX applications)
