Job description

My client is looking for a Project Manager to work on a 5km water main based in Guildford. The role will be freelance for 12 months - 18 Months starting January 2023.

Relevant candidates MUST have the following:

• Major project experience as a Section Engineer / Site Agent or Project Manager. Ideally experience with water mains, utility works, up front planning and a proactive, driven individual.
• The right candidate would need to comfortable around site paperwork (RAMS/ITP's), IT literate, and have strong organisational skills to fulfil this role.
• Day to day involvement will be the planning and preconstruction activities for the works to commence on site. All the WPP's, ITP's and all other documentation including liaising with all key stakeholders will need to be in place to enable the works to commence.
• 12 - 18 Month Contract role Outside IR35 (CIS or LTD Company) or Permanent employment is available as the project has a 3-year life cycle.
• Competitive rates between £400 - £450 per day LTD dependant on experience
• On a permanent basis salary can be negotiable.
