We are looking to find an experienced site-agent to work for one of our clients on a long term contract The client in question is an established contractor on rail infrastructure.

And due to a number of project awards, is looking to expand their construction team. The role has been deemed outside IR35

• Rail civils experience - piling, heavy civils, ancillary civils.
• Self-delivery background
• Contractual and Commercial understanding
• Quality assurance knowledge and understanding
• Material procurement capabilities
• Plant and labour procurement capabilities
• Setting out/surveying experience - GPS and total station
• Good IT skills on basic Microsoft programmes - Excel, outlook, word, teams.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Previous experience as a Project engineer
• CAD capabilities
• Microsoft Projects experience
• Design development experience
• Experience in Temporary works coordination, development and implementation

The successful candidate will need to hold a full UK driving license and hold a civil engineering qualification, with HNC being a minimum. Lastly the candidate will hold a PTS/Sentinel card, CSCS and SMSTS.
