Job description

We are approaching a stage on the MMF project where we need to recruit an additional M&E Engineer to support our existing one.
The individual we require needs to be electrically biased and have building services experience, including commissioning and handover.
They will support the Building Services Manager, and some of their key responsibilities will be to;

• Produce a BAM M&E quality plan
• Review M&E contractors QA plan and test and inspection documentation
• Manage quality throughout installation, raising observation reports
• Organise and attend sectional testing and inspection
• Coordinate void closures
• Work alongside client engineering team (COW). Test and inspect
• Close out client snagging
• Attend FATS

Salary is 50k with benefits and car etc.

-The site is Located in Reading
-The candidate will need to satisfy the security vetting requirements, i.e, be a UK national (not a dual passport holder) etc.
