Job description

  • Contract issuing: checking contracts and obtaining all relevant information before issuing on Docusign
  • Contract signed by Sub-Contractor - issue CF 09 BAM governance form for signature
  • Contract dating and Execution
  • Managing EKFB Docusign user accounts
  • Legal documents: recording receipt of hard copies; following up any enquiries
  • Updating Procurement Tracker: as and when contracts issued, returned and executed
  • Update: Buying Gains and Losses spreadsheet
  • Inputs of Subcontractor orders on Causeway
  • Reporting: compiling data for Managers as and when required
  • Respond to ad hoc data request
  • Respond to Email enquiries (contract updates)
