Job description
My client is looking for Skilled Site Managers to work on several water non-infrastructure sites across the Severn Trent region. This is initially on a freelance basis with an option to go permanent. Project Life Cycle is 5 years. The roles will be starting in January 2023.
Relevant candidates MUST have the following:
- SMSTS, CSCS Gold Card and First Aid is a preference.
- Additional qualifications such as Appointed Person, IOSH and Lift Supervisor would be advantageous but not essential
- Competent around paperwork, site documentation and H&S procedures.
- Must be computer literate and be able to write RAMS and have extensive knowledge in doing so.
- Must be able to read drawings and call off materials accordingly.
- Civils / Water / Non-Infrastructure experience is a preference. Ideally having worked on the Severn Trent Water Framework would be an advantage.
- Site locations across the Severn Trent Patch including Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Staffordshire, and Warwickshire.
- Freelance role initially - paid Outside of IR35. Project Life Cycle of 5 Years work.
- Flexible rates between £330.00 - £350.00 per day Outside IR35 dependant on experience.
