Pipefitter- BAE Systems 18 months -Portsmouth- £17.14 PAYE or £37.37 Umbrella (Inside IR35)

The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e. the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs). Please note, the rate paid by the Umbrella will be less, as will a Limited Deemed rate or Agency PAYE rate. Please get in touch to discuss the rates via these different payment vehicles.

Clearance Requirements & Eligibility

SC Only No ITAR (start on BPSS)

This role will require you to hold or be eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC). You will need to obtain a Criminal Record Check and you must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship and have lived and worked in the UK for a minimum 5 year period. OUTLINE OF DUTIES

Ensure safe systems of work are carried out Read/lnterpret Mechanical / Pipe Drawings. Pipe fabrication up to 38 mm Taking wires and setting to boards Braze both silver and soft solder to class 1 standards Test pipework on completion of manufacture Install pipework into various systems Additional Key Accountabilities: (Describe the roles operational responsibility in terms of volume/quality/timeliness/decision making//tactical/strategic). 1. Work as an integral part of the Ship Delivery Team 2. Undertake additional training to be able to undertake extraneous duties to support the production team. 3. Flexible approach to delivering work at various sites if required. 4. Deliver qualit work with an understandin of time constraints.
