Introduction

Our client, a Leading D&B contractor in the water industry, are looking for an M&E Co-ordinator for their work on the south coast

Water sector experience

Job role:

Assisting the project manager develop the procurement plan for a project including contributing to procurement documentation, supplier selection and hence early engagement
Co-ordination of the design team
Support to the delivery team during construction / assembly
Ensure that the provisions of the tender documentation are complete and correct
Arranging the FAT and ensuring that all associated FAT documents are acceptable

Essential:

Previous experience within a similar role in a contracting background
Design and build experience
Extensive technical knowledge of construction techniques and best practices
Computer competence (MS Word, Excel, Document control system, Primavera software
Training in Health & Safety and Environmental management
A good understanding of the operational environment within the construction industry, ideally with previous water treatment experience
