M&E Co-ordinator
Introduction
Our client, a Leading D&B contractor in the water industry, are looking for an M&E Co-ordinator for their work on the south coast
Important
The Job
Job role:
- Assisting the project manager develop the procurement plan for a project including contributing to procurement documentation, supplier selection and hence early engagement
- Co-ordination of the design team
- Support to the delivery team during construction / assembly
- Ensure that the provisions of the tender documentation are complete and correct
- Arranging the FAT and ensuring that all associated FAT documents are acceptable
Essential:
- Previous experience within a similar role in a contracting background
- Design and build experience
- Extensive technical knowledge of construction techniques and best practices
- Computer competence (MS Word, Excel, Document control system, Primavera software
- Training in Health & Safety and Environmental management
- A good understanding of the operational environment within the construction industry, ideally with previous water treatment experience
Flexible working arrangements
- Min of 3 days in the office or site
