Experience needed:
- As a SAP HR Functional Analyst you will have experience in an IT Functional Analyst role, be an excellent communicator, possess strong analytical skills with an ability to understand business requirements and identify the most appropriate solution
- Skills and experience in several of the following is desirable:
- Functional / Technical professional with at least three + full SAP life cycle implementations
- Experience with SAP HR configuration & customizing, including but not limited to Time Management, CATS, ESS/MSS, Work Schedules and Organisation management
- Workday will become the primary HR solution integrating with the local SAP systems, a broad understanding of Workday processes would be extremely beneficial
- Experience of SAP Fiori Applications in the HR space in versions 1909 S/4 HANA and above
- Understanding the Business requirements AS-IS and TO-BE process flows document and sign off with users design document
Desirable:
- Experience in the Defence / Aerospace or safety regulated environment would be advantageous
