Overview:

The Machine Shop Team Leader shall be responsible for the day-to-day planning, operation and problem solving so that the team meets its required performance targets in the build of all products. Continuously monitor product quality during build to improve upon product performance targets.

Experience needed:

• Offline Programming using 3D CADCAM software
• Online Programming Direct to Machine
• Setting & Operating CNC Milling & Turning Machines
• Understanding the use of material requirements planning (MRP) systems to control and monitor inventory and aid production planning

Desirable:

• Experience in the Defence / Aerospace or safety regulated environment would be advantageous
• Haas/XYX/Bridgeport Machine Experience
• Manual Turning & Milling
• Use of 3D Modelling software (Solidworks & OneCNC)
• Setup, programming and running of CNC 3 Axis Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine
