Job description
System Requirements Engineer
Purpose of role:
To support creation, review and amendment of product requirements and maintenance of the associated DOORS database
Key Technical Skills
- Ability to operate in a large, complex multi-project environment
- Substantial experience of System requirements analysis and management
- Experience using the DOORS requirement capture tool.
Major Tasks and Activities:
- Conduct requirements analysis
- Support the production of new requirement statements
- Manage requirements in the DOORS database
- Improving the SI DOORS requirements set through the investigation & implementation of OR's.
- Generation of customer documents from DOORS to support contract reviews & test events.
- Reviewing and implementing improvements to the requirements and acceptance management process.
