Our client is currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to assist them on their major EPCI oil and gas projects

Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking the civil engineering design as well as civil and structural analysis, including the preparation of MTOs, specifications and design criteria.

They will have broad knowledge of civil and structural engineering, covering all aspects from foundations to steel structures, site preparation and earthworks, roads, drainage and buildings with an emphasis on the onshore oil and gas industry.

They should be conversant with British, European and American civil/structural design codes and be familiar with software analysis and design packages such as STAAD Pro or SAP2000. We are especially interested in candidates with a good understanding of geotechnical matters and architectural design.
