Job summary

I am looking for an Environmental Planner to work on AMP7 and beyond. This can be based near Reading or Derby however it can be largely remote with site visits as and when required.

Job description

This role will see you:

• Consult with designers and project managers to understand project scope and advise on environmental consenting requirements.
• Co-ordinate the compilation of necessary documentation required for environmental consents which may include: EA consents, Flood Risk Activity Permits and Ordinary Watercourse Consents
• Assist with the identification and coordination of EIA / town planning requirements.
• Coordinate the delivery of project level design 3rd Party / Environmental Risk Reviews and identify planning and environmental scopes of work.
• Coordinate with designers/project managers on environmental matters in order to confirm design solutions

What we are looking for:

• Around 3 years' of experience in a similar role
• Full driving licence
• Knowledge and experience of Environmental management/consenting

Salary on offer ranges from 35-42k and car or car allowance!
