Job description
The Client base is wide ranging from small and straightforward infrastructure and highways projects to working on some of the largest schemes in the UK, such as on some major water and renewables projects.
The main part of the role includes being responsible for the planning, managing and monitoring Health & Safety in the pre-construction phase and assisting the design team when designing out risks.
Your duties will include:
* PD Duties as defined by the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015
* CDM Advisor Role, including Construction Site Inspections
* General Construction related audits and advice
I am looking for someone with:
- At least circa 3-5 years' experience within a CDM related role.
- A calm and measured approach to challenging proposals
- An open mind and a willingness to learn.
- Strong and self-confident.
- Previous experience as a designer or with contractors.
- NEBOSH Construction certificate
