Job description

Project Scheduler- 12 month contract - Warton near Preston - £32.89ph UMB or £25.30ph PAYE (Inside IR35)

The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e. the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs). Please note, the rate paid by the Umbrella will be less, as will a Limited Deemed rate or Agency PAYE rate. Please get in touch to discuss the rates via these different payment vehicles.

This role requires you to obtain a basic disclosure along with employment reference checks before starting.

The Role

• Creation of Integrated programme schedules to establish Project baseline position
• Application of best practice schedule principles to ensure logical flow and visibility of critical path
• Ensure the plan adheres to a defined build strategy/ sequence and identify any opportunities for improvement
• schedule Risk Analysis to be performed in line with requirements
• Apply rigorous change control to any amendment to baseline position
• Continually review the scheduling process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of all schedules

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in a project planning/ scheduling role
• Experience creating Integrated programme schedules
• Experience supporting the Project teams in setting and schedule construction
