Job Opportunity: Powertrain Calibration Lead

Role Overview: Lead calibration activities for hybrid and electric powertrain projects, ensuring project deliverables are met. Develop core calibration methods, support software integration, and analyze results for improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of post-graduate experience in Powertrain calibration.
• Proficiency in Hybrid powertrain systems development and calibration.
• Extensive knowledge of calibration processes and methodologies.
• Familiarity with MATLAB Simulink format.
• Experience in vehicle and powertrain control algorithm development.
• Expertise in automotive calibration tools (ETAS INCA/MDA preferred).
• Strong planning, testing, and data analysis skills.
• Effective communication and adaptability.
• Good driving record and driveability assessment experience.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute powertrain calibrations, including version management.
• Collaborate with software engineers for system optimization.
• Lead vehicle powertrain calibration activities and support dyno testing.
• Document and report calibration work, including technical presentations.
• Support calibration trips in Europe and China.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
