Our client is a market leader in the development of EV powertrain. They are looking for multiple Harness technicians to join their team on a permanent basis. They are looking for a range of expereince, from very expereinced to junior technicians.

Main Responsibilities-

- Building electrical wiring harnesses in line with our high standards ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

- Following all procedures and processes to meet day to day requirements of the business as well as quality and health and safety standards and requirements.

- Achieving effective continuity of agreed deadlines through flexible working patterns

- Actively participating in training activities provided by the company to ensure all high quality build standards are met and continuously improved.

Person Specificiations-

- Previous experience with OEM or system 25 harnesses (motorsport/aerospace)

- Ability to read and understand technical drawings

- Cirris or another electrical harness testing software experience
