Are you an ambitious, diligent engineer, driven to achieve results, with experience of a very fast-paced environment where adaptability and prioritisation are paramount? We seek experienced Quality and Product Assurance professionals to join our teams at both Engineer and Manager levels.

Supporting projects in all phases of the product lifecycle, you will play a pivotal role with the aim of ensuring all core Product Assurance activities are met. As the voice of the customer, you'll support the business by enabling them to deliver the expectations of the global client base, whilst being in a knowledgeable, supportive and established team.

You will be in a unique position to network within and see a large variety of the companies activities across all sites. The role will involve working on a multi-national project, as well as with an established Quality network, preventing and minimising product non-conformance, supporting smooth equipment delivery, assuring reliable products and continually growing the satisfaction of our customers. There's potential to work with domestic and international colleagues, including projects involving the transfer of technology.

What we're looking for from you:

  • Ideally HNC/HND in Engineering or Quality Assurance, or equivalent work experience
  • Ideally a practitioner of current QA problem solving and improvement methods (8D, RCA, DMAIC, etc.)
  • A high degree of self-motivation, autonomy and the skills to work proactively, with excellent organisation, communication & interpersonal skills
  • The ability to influence change, a respectful team player, comfortable working in a matrix organization
  • Strong analytical skills, running reports in Excel, using SAP QM, and various document management tools
  • Continuous improvement awareness and initiative to deliver
  • The ability to understand and respect cultural differences
