Job description
My client is a non-departmental public body, which regulates work-based pension schemes in the United Kingdom and plays an important role in helping to keep more than £2trn of savings safe.
They are recruiting for 4 x Case Managers who will handle serious and complex cases providing comprehensive and timely case management to their customers
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional, effective end to end case management on serious and complex cases
- Use, with justification, extensive statutory powers including leading complex investigations, conducting external inspections, delivering criminal prosecutions, as well as managing routine regulatory or investigative matters, levying significant civil penalties etc.
- Represent TPR in civil and criminal courts and tribunals
REQUIREMENTS
- A track record of personally delivering outstanding results (good outcomes) on a range of serious and complex investigations.
- Extensive professional experience and knowledge of evidence gathering that where appropriate leads to civil and criminal prosecutions on complex cases
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive and travel across the UK including regular overnight stays

This is a hybrid role that will require a visit to the Brighton office once a week.
