Job description

Matchtech are looking to source a PTS Rail Civils Construction Manager to work on a long term project based in Kent. The role has been deemed inside IR35. As the construction manager you will join a team and assist with the delivery of the projects as required. Having a strong multidisciplined background on rail infrastructure projects will be vital. As the construction manager you will be expected to:
* Own the construction programme, plan and supervise the works to achieve delivery of the project in accordance with that programme, in a timely fashion, to the required standard of quality, within the financial budget set, whilst adhering to all corporate standards and health and safety legislation.
* Monitor construction works to ensure the safety of the railway is maintained and works are undertaken to the approved designs in accordance with HSE legislation and Network Rail Standards.
* Be involved in planning works and possessions to carry out works
* Liaise with site and project management teams to ensure works are delivered on time
