Introduction

• Our client is looking for a Senior Town Planner to join a busy team on a permanent basis.

IR35 status:

• Inside IR35

Pay rates:

• Salary £35,000 to £55,000 per annum

Job Description

Scotland

• Based in locations such as Perth, Glasgow & Edinburgh
• 3 Days in Office, 2 Days from home
• To Join growing team to support clients in one or more of the consenting regimes.
• This will include Development Consent orders
• Applications under the Town & Country planning act
• Transport and work act orders

• Desk studies, research, data management and report writing.

Working conditions / environment:

• Hybrid/flexible working
• Site visits when required
• Communicating feedback to the general public.
• Ability to fulfil the travel requirements of the role.
• Laptop will be provided.
