Job description

As the Quality Inspector on site you will have the ability to read engineering drawings and understand basic geometric tolerancing. You will have the ability to perform hands on dimensional visual and mechanical inspection and evaluations of machined parts and assemblies.

You will be responsible for inspecting products using gauges, coordinate measuring machine (Basic operation), micrometers, verniers, surface measurement and optical equipment. You will also prepare NCRs and NDT test reports in the SAP MRP system.

You will be a time served Inspector with hands on experience in mechanical inspection. You will be familiar with industry standards such as API, ASTM, ASME, and ISO and hold knowledge of material certification verification. You will have the ability to use general computer systems with associated software, including email communications applications.
