Job description

CRM Developer with experience in CRM Dynamics 365 8.2 on-premise, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 SaaS, and BizTalk 2016 needed to maximize the benefit of using Dynamics 365.

The role involves designing and developing CRM solutions, collaborating with the Lead CRM Developer, and maximizing the benefits of Dynamics 365. The responsibilities include providing technical and functional design documentation, supporting the CRM solution, following best practices and approved development standards, and contributing to key strategic projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong software development skills in C#, SQL, JSON, JavaScript, and HTML, along with knowledge of tools like Visual Studio, CRM SDK, and SSRS report writing.

Proficiency in Dynamics CRM 365 SaaS and on-premises 365 Dynamics 8.2 is essential, as well as experience with BizTalk 2016. Expertise in CRM customisations, plugins, workflows, and integrations, along with familiarity with Team Foundation Server and version control, is desired. You should also have experience in configuring Dynamics 365 entities, views, and dashboards, understanding the CRM security model, conducting unit and systems tests, and integrating CRM with other applications, preferably using Microsoft BizTalk. Strong coding skills, scalability, and reusability of code are important for success in the role.
