Job description
A Transport Planner at a principal level be responsible for negotiating and securing highway improvements, financial contributions and any other relevant highways mitigation arising from new development.
Contribute comments for, prepare and present reports and evidence at committee meetings, hearings and inquiries on complex planning applications and planning appeals.
Negotiate S278 and S106 agreements, oversailing and stopping up orders.
