Job description
The Role
As the Reporting Professional you will be responsible for coordinating the reporting functionality across the contingent recruitment team. You will be required to produce, maintain and enhance reports based on end-user requirements to provide key recruitment insight.
Reporting to the Contingent Recruitment Team Manager, the role will work collaboratively with functional and operational teams to support the end-to-end recruitment activity in a fast paced, complex environment. You will gain an understanding of the different business areas and their requirements.
The Reporting Professional will engage colleagues, hiring managers and suppliers in a consultative capacity to ensure that they have the right information at the right time. The role holder will take ownership and accountability to ensure the team delivers efficient and effective reporting capability.
Key Skills
- Excellent IT skills, in particular Intermediate/Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to understand and champion the importance of data integrity, timely and accurate reporting and uses this information to run efficient processes
- Highly motivated and self-disciplined, with the ability to work alone, under minimum supervision
- Possesses a good standard of oral and written communication including experience of the writing of reports

The Umbrella rate quoted above is the Gross Umbrella rate (i.e. the rate we pay to the Umbrella Company inclusive of ALL employment costs).
