Front-End Developer

What will I be doing?

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Front-End Developer who is interested in gaining experience in a fast moving and dynamic environment.

Reporting into the CRO Manager, the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) team play an important role in optimising our digital sites to improve conversion rates.

The purpose of this role is to develop AB Tests, across our website and play a key role in the overall process of CRO.

What do we need from you?

We would love to speak to candidates that have some of the following experience:

• Investigating, scoping out and developing AB Tests across websites.
• Building small to large/complex sized AB Tests in Google Optimize 360.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Product Managers, and wider development teams to deliver compelling user-facing products, new features and functionality.
• Play a key role in the CRO team to deliver tests aimed at increasing conversion rates.

Ideal Experience:

• In-depth understanding of JavaScript, SCSS and HTML5.
• Experience in working with Node.js, Gulp, Git and Github for version control.
• Experience working with REST APIs and SPAs.
• Experience with AB/MVT test tools, such as Optimize 360, VWO, Optimizely etc.
