Job description

My client is looking for a Project / Construction Manager to work on a Civils Infrastructure project based in Southampton. This will be a freelance role for 10 months + starting Mid July 2023.

Relevant candidates MUST have the following:

• Experience with pre construction paperwork
• Having worked within the tunnelling / civils infrastructure industry is advantageous.
• Understanding of civils infrastructure, shaft sinking, and open cut work would be ideal.
• Having worked on the Southern Water Framework would be an advantage
• Able to work write RAMS and other associated documentation.
• This is a outside IR35 freelance / CIS role for a minimum of 10 months - LTD is available.
• Flexible rates between £400.00 - £450.00 per day LTD/ CIS dependant on experience.
