Job description

 To lead, coach and manage a multi skilled diverse team with the objective to deliver
our products and services safely, to time, cost and quality.
 To be proactive, agile and be able to absorb and assess multiple sources of
information to establish solutions to production problems to ensure agreed
deliverables are achieved
 Have strong technical abilities in an Operations discipline.
 Be able to run complex mini projects whilst effectively deploying resources,
demonstrating numerical, analytical and time management skills.
 Ideally be ONC/HNC, APM or have experience.
 Provide knowledge, experience and technical support to team as required to enable
resolution to problems that will be encountered during delivery phases.
 Demonstrate high levels of SHE behaviours to teams through positive promotion of
safety awareness, risk management and compliance.
