E&P Project Engineer (CRE)
In this role you will ensure the safe and timely completion of projects for our client. You will support the Contractors Engineering Manager (CEM) and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle, reviewing designs, monitoring installations, and ensuring compliance with standards. If you have a strong background in electrical installations and commissioning, along with excellent communication and organisational skills we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality controls.
- Oversee day-to-day construction engineering activities.
- Review designs and enhance buildability.
- Collaborate with the CEM and Project Manager for alignment.
- Provide construction technical support and raise/respond to queries.
- Assist in interdisciplinary checks and reviews.
- Collaborate with the Project Commercial team for cost estimates.
- Liaise with planners and construction affiliates for project plans.
- Review Network Rail Design Review Notes.
- Control work packages and monitor milestones and variations.
- Provide progress updates and reports.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance.
- Contribute to health, safety, and environmental compliance.
You'll work with:
A team of highly motivated, dedicated professionals delivering projects across a variety of frameworks with clients such as Network Rail.

You'll bring:
- Previous acceptance approval as a Contractors Responsible Engineer (CRE) from Network Rail.
- Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering or relevant experience.
- Track Competence relevant to the role.
- UK Driving Licence.
£490 per month Car allowance
