£70,000 +

Job description:

Provide support to projects in Kent and elsewhere in the UK if necessary. They will be responsible for managing budgets, cost forecasting, and overseeing control processes such as contract programmes and change and risk registers. They will also handle the administration of contracts and subcontracts, including payment mechanisms, change procedures, and resolution of contentious issues, and final accounts agreement and management.

Must have:

Hold a degree and possesses extensive experience in civil and highway projects. Should have a thorough knowledge of NEC contracts. Additionally, the candidate should be an effective communicator, have a client-oriented approach, possess good commercial awareness, and be committed to achieving business objectives. The successful candidate must be capable of managing time effectively, adapting to changes, and prioritising workloads while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
