• Inside IR35

Pay rate

• £250 to £450 Per Day.

• Varied Case Load
• Mix of Home & Office Working
• Large Complex Cases
• Pre-App Enquiries
• Minor & Major Proposal For Housing
• Infrastructure Development
• Support Less Experienced Planners

Working conditions / environment:

• Hybrid/flexible working
• Site visits when required
• Communicating feedback to the general public.
• Ability to fulfil the travel requirements of the role.
• Laptop will be provided.
