Job description
This is an opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to work within a large laboratory on the UK's biggest oil refinery and petrochemical manufacturing complex.
The successful Maintenance Technician will primarily be involved with fault finding, fault diagnosis, maintenance and calibration of laboratory test equipment. This will include the maintenance and repair of laboratory instruments including gas chromatography equipment, auto titrations, auto distillations, analysers and colourimeters. Candidates must be able to analyse and interpret data and be able to reactively diagnose, troubleshoot and repair laboratory equipment.
It's critical to ensure processes and procedures are followed and all records are documented in accordance with quality control systems. Candidates must be computer literate with MS Office and associated systems.
Candidates with experience of maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, electrical equipment, robotic equipment, electronic equipment including aircraft maintenance and repair are welcome to apply.
This role is Inside IR35. The rate advertise is PAYE.
