Our Water sector contractor client is seeking a Project Director to initially lead a high value project based in Southampton.

Our client is part of a joint venture working on Southern Water's water supply and wastewater treatment works across Kent, Sussex and Hampshire. The candidate will be someone with proven leadership experience in a water construction environment.

If successful this role may lead to future local projects on this joint venture.

Role description

• Senior manager with extensive experience of the construction industry
• Degree qualified
• Experience of leading a team on a large, high profile project (£40m projects in terms of scope minimum ideally)
• Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment - community concious
• Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
• Must be customer focused by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
