Job description

Key Deliverables:

• Developing and managing long-term, mid-term, and short-term integrated site plans and scheduling for all on/offshore works.
• Conducting demand forecasting across the year, including vessels, resource, spares, tools, and contractors.
• Proposing innovative strategies for balancing available resources against requirements to maximize resource productivity.
• Creating resource models to maximize yield and efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and requirements:

• Competent Project or Resource Planner with a proven track record in planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in IT, including the Microsoft Office package.
• Knowledge and experience of planning and scheduling tools, including MS Project.
• Familiarity with SAP software is highly desirable.
