Job description

My client is looking for a Site Agent to work on a utilities / infrastructure project based in Newport. This is on a freelance basis for a minimum of 6 months' work. Outside IR35/CIS rates available.

Relevant candidates MUST have the following:

• SMSTS, CSCS Gold Card is a preference.
• Must have experience having worked on muti utilities projects.
• Competent around paperwork, site documentation and H&S procedures.
• Must be computer literate and be able to write RAMS and have extensive knowledge in doing so.
• Must be able to read drawings and call off materials accordingly.
• Civils / Utilities / Non-Infrastructure experience is a preference. Ideally having worked on a multi-utilities project would be an advantage.
• Site locations would be Newport, Wales.
• Freelance role that is paid CIS or Outside of IR35.
• Flexible rates between £330.00 - £350.00 per day Outside IR35/CIS dependant on experience.
